BSE Secures Victory at Science and Engineering Challenge

We are thrilled to announce that Bendigo South East College students emerged victorious at last Thursday’s Science and Engineering Challenge. Competing against numerous schools from our region, our talented team showcased exceptional skill and ingenuity in a variety of STEM-based tasks, from constructing sturdy bridges to solving intricate problems.

The Science and Engineering Challenge is a national event designed to ignite passion and enthusiasm for science and engineering among high school students. Throughout the competition, teams engage in demanding activities that test their creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Success in these tasks is quantified through points, culminating in the highest-scoring school being declared the winner of the day.

Our students’ triumph at this event has not only highlighted their prowess in STEM fields but has also secured them a spot in the state finals. This achievement is a testament to their dedication, hard work, and collaborative spirit.

Congratulations to all the students and staff involved. We are incredibly proud of your efforts and are eagerly looking forward to supporting you in the upcoming state final. Go BSE!
